  Salesman was good (only reason for the stars) but the sales manger low balled my trade so much it was an insult. A year later I've finally bought the CX-5 I wanted and received 4 thousand over what this dealership offered for my trade. No there were no incentives when I bought and the purchase was new, so no additional way to give me more for the trade.
  
  In the future, if you don't want a car for trade, tell the customer that instead of giving them such a bad deal they walk. Btw, my trade only had 5 thousand miles on it, was mint, but I owed more than worth and was willing to accept that and pay more.
  
  I ended up purchasing at Depaula in Albany the same day I went down to look. Purchase took forever but besides that it was a good deal with a friendly sales manager.
